Media: Clinton Won!! InTrade: No She Didn’t
Of course, Senator Clinton did quite well in last night’s primaries. Many people, I suspect, would expect that to have seriously changed the trading patterns on Intrade. Certainly, there was a shift. But 72/26 is not so different from the 80/20 that I saw just a couple of days ago. The markets seem to think these victories are unimportant (indeed, the delegate count is still in Obama’s favor). Which do you think the wiser? I’m confused by the fact that Clinton is ahead in Pennsylvania on Intrade at 65 and that there seems to be so little trading on the other states or the superdelegate count. If such confidence in Obama’s electoral supremacy, where is he going to do his future winning?
